Launch Time is a small background application that will launch any Finder selectable object after a specified time. When you leave your computer, you may want it to do something, such as launch a security program (such as our own SuperLock) or the rc5des client, but often forget to do so when you leave.
How do I install Launch Time?
Drag Launch Time and Launch Time Control onto the icon of your System Folder (not into the open window); the Finder will alert you that some items need to be put into special places. Allow it to do so, and Launch Time is installed. You do not need to restart your computer; see the following section for instructions on how to start using Launch Time immediately.
For power users: Launch Time Control is a control panel application and as such needs to go into the Control Panels folder. Launch Time is a faceless background application, and so needs to be stored in the Extensions folder.
How do I use Launch Time?
Launch Time will start up automatically in the Extensions folder. To stop Launch Time (i.e. quit the background application), open Launch Time Control and select "Stop Launch Time" from the File menu. If Launch Time is not running and you wish to start it, select "Start Launch Time" from the Launch Time Control File menu.
To select a Finder object, click on the Select button in the Launch Time dialog. Use the resulting Navigation Services dialog to select an object. Note to Mac OS 8.0 and 8.1 users: if you do not have the Navigation Services library installed, you will only see a StandardFile dialog; in this case, you can only assign applications, and not folders, servers, or any other Finder object.

To use Launch Time you need a Power Macintosh with Mac OS 8.0 or greater.
Launch Time is Freeware!
There is no registration fee for Launch Time. However, TriVectus maintains all copyrights on it, which means Launch Time cannot be modified in any way without the written permission of TriVectus.

Regression 2.1
